Terms of service

Effective September 24, 2026. Others is operated by Gettoma LLC.

These are the terms for using Others. They are short because the product is simple: you keep track of what your household has, and you may choose to lend and borrow with neighbors.

Your account

• You must be 13 or older to have an account.
• Everyone in a household can see everything in that household. Add someone only if that is what you want.
• Keep your password to yourself. If you think someone else has it, reset it; that signs out every other session.

Sharing with neighbors

• Lending, borrowing, and giving happen between neighbors, in person. Others introduces you; it is not a party to the exchange, does not insure items, and does not guarantee that anything will be returned or in what condition.
• A neighborhood's invite code is a key. Share it only with people who live there.
• Do not use Others to sell, to solicit, to harass, or to post anything you do not have the right to share. We may remove content or close accounts that do.

Your data

What we collect and who handles it is in the privacy policy. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

The service

• Others is provided as is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not promise that it will be, and we are not liable for loss that comes from relying on it — including a date it read wrong off a label. Check the package.
• We may change or discontinue features. If we ever close the service, we will give notice and a way to export what you have recorded.
• To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the past twelve months, which today is nothing.

Changes and contact

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Questions: mike@others.app.
